    Hilco Vision is searching for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team The Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

    They will provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, drive process improvements, and foster innovation in project management practices.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification required.

    Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

    Expertise in project management methodologies and frameworks, such as Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, with experience adapting methodologies to suit project needs.

    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
    Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions and driving business value through project delivery.
    Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on identifying innovative solutions to complex challenges.
    Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana, and other collaboration tools.

    Responsibilities


    Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT projects, managing all aspects of project life cycle from initiation to closure.

    Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of project goals.
    Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and establish metrics for tracking and evaluating project progress and success.
    Direct and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including developers, engineers, architects, and business analysts, to achieve project objectives and deliverables.

    Provide strategic guidance and decision-making support to project teams, identifying and resolving complex issues and risks to ensure project success.

    Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure project requirements are met.
    Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, methodologies, and tools, leveraging industry best practices and lessons learned.
    Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
    Foster a culture of innovation and excellence in project delivery, promoting teamwork, creativity, and accountability.
