- Tether
- Managing VoIP telecommunication systems, including call processing, voice mail, and contact center solutions.
- Managing the provisioning of our smartphone and Wi-Fi hotspot devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve VoIP-related issues.Ensure high call quality and system availability.
- Maintain and configure analytic reporting.
- Able to participate in risk assessments and technical audits.
- Leverage reporting and analytical data to create effective technical solutions that solve business requirements.
- Perform regular design reviews and able to develop test plans and procedures the leverage industry best practices.
- Coordinate and consult with business and technology teams to plan, prioritize, and complete projects.
- Engineer multi-vendor solutions that are fault resilient with integrations that span vendor platforms.
- Staying current with technology trends to recommend and effectively manage our product portfolio in support of business requirements.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to create effective partnerships across enterprise technology functions to maximize alignment, efficiency, cost optimization, investments, and delivery.
- Develop technical standards and guidance for company's portfolio and applications.
- Ten or more years of experience in designing and implementing complex call routing utilizing Avaya VoIP telecommunication system and call center solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field, or equivalent education and experience preferred.
- Preferred experience with agile methodologies and practices
