- Oversee and manage the Contract Lifecycle Management process for a $2B revenue business\.
- Direct a team of non\-attorney professionals in the management of Textron's Global AntiCorruption Compliance Program, and Federal, State, and Municipal Contracts\.
- Provide advice to TSV's General Counsel concerning compliance matters including but not limited
- Draft, edit, and review commercial contracts \(non\-disclosure, consulting, software licensing,
- Conduct or manage internal investigations\.
- Work with internal stakeholders to address legal aspects, including Corporate Governance,
- Create standard operating procedures and direct continuous improvement projects for all of the
- Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance
- Contributes to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone feels heard,
- Education: Juris doctorate or LLM required; preferably paired with an undergraduate or advanced degree
- Years of Experience: 6 years of prior experience, either at a law firm, in\-house, or a combination
- Experience managing small teams\.
- 5 years of demonstrated experience drafting and reviewing contractual agreements\.
- Experience with the USG acquisition process, including the FARS and DFARs\.
- Knowledge or experience in automotive, power sports, outdoor power equipment, or agricultural
- Experience managing outside counsel and advising clients in the manufacturing sector\.
- Experience with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, trade compliance matters, internal investigations, or
