As a Finance Support Specalist, you will embark on a transformative journey aimed at preparing you for top leadership positions within our organization. Over a 12-month period, you will undergo training and hands-on experience to become proficient in all aspects of finance and business operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Immersing yourself in the operations and intricacies of our business model.
• Collaborating with sales and operations teams across various sites, gaining valuable insights into different aspects of the business.
• Conducting regular travel to different locations for on-site engagement and learning opportunities.
• Participating in forecasting activities, contributing to strategic planning initiatives.
• Assisting in month-end close processes for designated business units, ensuring accuracy and compliance within a dynamic environment.

• Analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Participating in cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation initiatives.

• 3-5 years of Finance and Accounting experience, preferably in FP&A roles.
• Demonstrated ambition to assume leadership responsibilities and progress within the company.
• Willingness to relocate to various locations across the country for career advancement.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse teams, including blue-collar personnel.

• MBA or similar advanced degree, with a focus on leadership development.
• Prior experience in leading teams or managing direct reports.
