- Finance lead for FSD responsible for end-to-end P&L management, target delivery, business partnering, global interactions, business review meetings and analytics.
- Own the monthly P&L forecasting and results reporting for FSD, including execution of month-end close processes
- Support all financial operations of the (FSD) platform.
- Work closely with North America Controllers team to ensure that all FSD related accounting processes being completed in a good fashion
- Play the lead finance collaboration role between UFS Digital Transformation journey project and FSD integration to e-commerce part of the UFS digital journey
- Direct point of FSD contact for global UFS CFO
- Lead the FSD Marketplace launch and partner with Marketplace product manager to pivot the economical model of the marketplace
- Constantly analyze the market white space areas and prepare plans to pivot the business to be able to deliver the aggressive growth agenda
- Participate in annual business review meetings with external manufacturers and vendors
- Own promotional coupons governance, control, tracking and ROI analysis on couponing in different categories, brands and manufacturers
- Partner in creation of short and long-term growth plan of FSD along with marketing team
- Design, test and customize trade terms with manufacturers on their products and execute the trade deals by supporting business development team in negotiations.
- Own the overheads and marketing budget of FSD and lead initiatives to optimize
- Key support in evaluating the new big opportunities for expansion
- Own/manage the backend operational/financial ERP systems along with FSD Controller
- Partner the eCom channel team for UFS (key partners: FSD, Amazon, Webstaurant) in all strategic & operations decision making to accelerate growth (10X business size)
- P&L forecasting and reporting of key metrics for eCom channel
- Lead the set-up for accelerating portfolio expansion through new businesses including Hygiene (Seventh Gen), and Ice Cream Now.
- Bachelors Degree required
- 7+ years of relevant finance (Brand, Supply Chain, Customer Developments, Audit, Accounting) experience with an owner and CFO mentality in approaching business challenges
- Strong understanding of the P&L structure, monthly forecasting and reporting activities
- Previous experience in core Finance areas strongly preferred (Brand, Supply Chain, Customer Developments, Audit, Accounting)
- Have previous experience of business partnering with non-finance teams
- The ideal candidate will possess strong team and analytical skills; strategic thinking skills; leadership ability; initiative and enthusiasm for work in an unstructured environment
- Being able to drive stewardship and accountability across the FSD organization
- You're driven by metrics – you keep measuring and analyzing your experiments, and will not rest until you hit your goals
- Effectively use the financial information / data to create business insights and solutions

As the Finance Manager, you will play the role of Finance lead and assistant controller for FoodServiceDirect (eCom venture of UFS, with $30Mn Turnover) along with driving high value interventions for UFS in agile capacity. As the Finance Lead at , you will be responsible for leading the new management unit combining analytical, stewardship, leadership, and e-commerce technical skills in one to drive end-to-end performance of the business. As the agile lead for UFS business, you will be responsible for driving strategy and growth of eCom channel, while also working on portfolio expansion through new business streams like Hygiene (Seventh Gen), and Ice Cream Now.
