- Supports the mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and tidying up rooms.
- Ensure that all areas, including residences and common areas, are maintained to the highest standards.
- Standard cleaning will occur for each residence on a weekly basis.
- Deep cleaning including but not limited to baseboards, blinds, and ceiling fans will occur on a monthly basis.
- Work closely with other housekeeping employees, and other Symphony Park employees. Report any issues or deficiencies to the Director of Housekeeping.
- Follow all cleaning protocols and checklists to ensure consistency and quality.
- Respond to feedback and adjust cleaning methods as needed.
- Residential cleaning is subject to quality checks to ensure adherence to Symphony Park standards.
- Interact professionally with residents, ensuring their housekeeping needs are met and addressing any specific requests or concerns.
- Properly use, maintain, and store cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Inform the Director of any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages.
- Attends training courses at community and maintains up to date monthly, quarterly, annual training through designated Learning Management System (LMS).
- Other duties as assigned, and which relate to the success of the community and the care, comfort, and happiness of our residents.
- Experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
- Experience in a luxury setting is highly preferred.
- Must have strong understanding of the English language, sufficient to read and write.
