    ABOUT THE GROUP
    At Lavazza North America, the Sr. Financial Analyst – E-Commerce is responsible for supporting all key financial activities for the E-Commerce channel.

    This includes coordination, analysis, and recommendations for management reporting, annual plan, budget, quarterly forecast, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, explanation of monthly results, scenario planning and special projects in support of these businesses.

    This position is responsible for providing key financially driven insights to cross functional business partners, and actively participates in both short-term and long-term decision-making activities.


    OVERVIEW
    Support the annual E-Commerce budget, long range plan and monthly financial forecast for the business (sales/margin/EBITDA).

    Partner with the FP&A Director to provide the right analytics to work with cross functional teams to understand Ecommerce KPIs, key business trends/strategies and incorporate that intelligence in the Sales, Margin & EBITDA financial forecast.

    Identify business trends and provide supportive analytics that drive and influence business performance/decisions.

    Collaborate with E-Commerce leadership to plan and analyze business performance by identifying gaps between business goals and objectives such as month end variances on the P&L to the budget, forecast and PY.

    Heavy emphasis for this position includes analyzing eCommerce operations and campaign performance in order to support business partners in their decision-making process.

    Collaborate with marketing team to drive marketing investment utilizing/building/maintaining/reporting key metrics such as COA, ROAS, LTV, and customer cohort analysis.

    Collaborate with sales team to maintain commission quotas, pipeline lead analysis and optimization of sales force.

    Capital resource allocation by working with cross functional groups to drive valuation for key initiatives (proxy for prioritization) as well as input/output KPI's to track effectiveness of investment (i.e., technology, site improvements, etc.)

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent work experience
    5+ years of progressive e-commerce finance / related experience.
    MBA or master's degree in a related field, preferred.

    Experience synthesizing complex and large data sets into consumable business insights, use of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) as a means of transforming historically manual processes into cutting edge digital insights, preferred.

    Previous experience with E-commerce organizations.
    Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with Business Unit and Finance partners.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail required.
    Exceptional planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
    Adept at manipulating and synthesizing large data sets that provide insightful analysis in support of the business.
