- Manage a 360 desk fully supporting candidates and clients
- Establish and maintain your own client relationships
- Identify highly qualified candidates for specialized IT positions
- Oversee the complete submission, interview, and onboarding cycle for your candidates
- 6 months-2 years of B2B sales or sales internship experience
- A thirst for sales (cold and warm calling, pitching, negotiating)
