The Team

Top billers on this team make $400k+ and almost half of the team is making $200k+
Functions of the role

• Manage a 360 desk fully supporting candidates and clients
• Establish and maintain your own client relationships
• Identify highly qualified candidates for specialized IT positions
• Oversee the complete submission, interview, and onboarding cycle for your candidates

Skills we look for

• 6 months-2 years of B2B sales or sales internship experience
• A thirst for sales (cold and warm calling, pitching, negotiating)
• Competitiveness, resilience, coachability, and ambition
• Excellent communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Solution-oriented and able to turn problems into opportunities
