The Lead Maintenance Technician role at PLK Communities involves hands-on leadership, maintaining physical integrity and safety of the community, anticipating problems, performing property maintenance needs, HVAC service, preparing apartments for new residents, completing work orders and proper trash removal.

• Maintain Physical Integrity & Safety
• Anticipate identify correct any/all problems
