    Description


    Under supervision, the Reporting Analyst ensures information for technical tools, implements reporting mechanisms, and collaborates with leadership and staff to meet departmental needs.


    Develops federally mandated reports, to include collecting and aggregating data across the Exchange.

    Monitors programmatic compliance with state and federal reporting requirements, coordinating with other departmental staff to collect and aggregate data, and supports annual programmatic and financial audits.


    Assists the Data Integration and Reporting Manager to ensure the Exchange's access from systems to monitor performance.

    Builds and maintains data definitional tools, meta data, and data dictionaries.

    Access existing reports and dashboards available from operating systems.

    Builds new reporting tools as requested by the business and leadership.

    Coordinates with staff to prepare annual and ad hoc reports, including enrollment metrics, financial reports, and accounting records.

    Coordinates with staff to collect required Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) required financial and programmatic audit materials.

    Collaborates with Reporting Analyst in other State Based Exchanges to share knowledge and creative ideas for information analyses and presentation.


    Performs other duties as assigned.

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related specialty from an accredited college or university AND Ten years of job specific experience that includes system analysis, design and development, and relationship management.
