    Description
    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including a physician, RN, genetic counselor, and office staff, to provide comprehensive care.
    • Conduct genetics consultations and screenings for pediatric patients with cancer, intellectual disabilities, genetic syndromes, and other conditions.
    • Provide inpatient genetic consultations as needed.
    • Participate in research studies and clinical trials to advance knowledge in the field of pediatric genetics.
    • Develop and lead educational programs for residents and medical students.
    • Deliver care to a diverse patient population, ensuring a personalized and compassionate approach.
    • Maintain regular Monday-Friday work hours with no weekend shifts.
    • Practice within a facility located on the hospital campus.
    Qualifications:
    • Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Clinical Genetics & Genomics (ABMGG).
    • Possess or obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license prior to employment.
    • Eligible for and able to maintain DEA certification for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
