    Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity providing Advisory and Assistance Services supporting the US Space Force and its mission to Protect and Defend National Security Interests in Space as a member of the Space Warfighting Analysis Center (SWAC) Threat Analysis Division (TAD) Director's Action Group (DAG) Staff
    As a member of the SWAC/TAD DAG staff, you will provide on-site support to SWAC/TAD executives and staff in the Colorado Springs, CO Aerospace Facility at 7250 Getting Heights
    This position receives direction from SWAC/TAD leadership, serves as a strategic advisor to optimize day-to-day operation of the SWAC/TAD in Colorado Springs, and coordinates with SWAC personnel in the National Capital Region (NCR)
    This is a full-time position at the Aerospace facility Colorado Springs, CO
    Responsibilities An A&AS contractor is a knowledgeable and trusted advisor to the Government
    As a member of the SWAC/TAD DAG Staff, you will take direction directly from the SWAC Directors, serve as a strategic advisor to optimize the day-to-day operation of the SWAC in Colorado Springs and coordinate with SWAC personnel in the National Capital Region (NCR)
    T his individual applies significant influence within the Center; provides expert, comprehensive knowledge of SWAC responsibilities, priorities, and projects; develops and evangelizes daily business practices; and helps manage, guide and direct the Director's staff to maximize its effectiveness

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Manages SWAC/TAD Directors' dynamic daily calendars and travel schedules, interfacing with senior officers/executives from multiple military commands and intelligence agencies, and facilitating communication between SWAC senior executives and staff
    • Schedule meetings/events to maximize the Director's and senior leaders' time
    • Identify meeting participants, subject matter experts (SMEs) and required materials to thoroughly address the issue, produce solutions, direct further study, or re-vector the effort
    • Ensure the Directors are thoroughly prepared for each event on their schedule, to include scheduling preparation time, providing read-ahead materials, biographies of participants, subject matter experts, and arranging advanced meetings, as required
    • Establish effective working relationships with command staffs at US SPACECOM, HQ USAF Air Staff and Secretariat, HQ AFSPC, DNRO, JFCC Space and throughout the stakeholder community
    • Perform outreach to all organizations with whom SWAC conducts business to understand their organizational goals/objectives, parochial views and their impact to the SWAC and the NSS enterprise
    • Develop position products-briefings, speeches, and position papers-that can be used to elicit decisions from government officials or inform senior level organizations throughout the US government, giving special attention to political issues that may impact the SWAC, SWAC Directors, HQ SpOC, HQ NRO or the NSS Enterprise
    • Prepare correspondence, handle information requests, make travel arrangements and perform functions such as answering phone calls, organizing and scheduling meetings/VTCs, arranging conference calls, receiving/escorting visitors, writing meeting minutes as required, making copies and managing functions such as mail, courier service and records management
    • Assign and track work tasks/action items, coordinate and assist with office IT and office setup requests (e.g., desks, computers, phones) as required, perform records management and gather or create develop all documentation to support SWAC senior executive travel
    • Perform broad office duties such as ordering supplies, retrieving and filing SWAC documents and receiving, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence including faxes and email
    • Assist security personnel with security clearance verification, building access, data transfers, processing visit requests, etc, as required
    • Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations at the request of the Government
    • Other duties as required/requested by the Government within the constraints of the S3 contract

    Qualifications Citizenship:
    Must be a US citizen

    Minimum Qualifications:
    Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance, agreeable to polygraph Education: Bachelor's degree Years of Experience: 10 years of experience in a Director's Action Group or similar role supporting Senior Executives in classified environments Other Qualifications:


    • Exceptional professionalism and strong experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills via phone, email and in-person
    • Demonstrated ability to interact and build effective relationships and teams with government customers, FFRDCs, and contractors, working in a highly dynamic environment
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Exceptional writing skills and ability to effectively communicate with senior government leaders
    • Proficient with security processes/procedures (eg, document marking/handling, generating and transmitting classified visit requests) in TS/SCI and SAP environments
    • Capable of opening/closing SWAC office spaces
    • Strong experience with office management procedures, equipment and information management systems such as on-line calendars, AFSPC Task Management Tool (TMT), security clearance visit request information systems, etc.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (ie, Word, PowerPoint and Excel )

    Prior experience as an A&AS contractor in a DoD, MDA, or IC Acquisition organization Additional Information:

    Up to 5% to CONUS and OCONUS locations upon Government direction
