Job summary
We are looking for a part-time staff member to join our team as an Outreach Specialist to connect and help our unhoused community members.Key duties include building rapport with individuals experiencing homelessness, referring clients to supportive services, working with program coordinators to develop strategies on reducing stigma regarding opioid use disorder, inputting information into a database, and providing transportation resources.
The ideal candidate will have lived experience of overcoming challenges related to substance abuse or mental health disorders and be bilingual in Spanish/English.
