Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and fast-paced Video Editor to create high-converting short-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and ads.
This is a performance-based content environment. Speed, consistency, and quality matter.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit short-form videos (15–60 seconds) optimized for high retention
Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and transitions
Implement strong hooks in the first 3 seconds
Follow brand style guidelines and creative direction
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips
Deliver content daily or on a structured schedule
Revise content quickly based on feedback
Organize and submit finished work properly
Requirements:
Proven experience editing short-form social content
Strong understanding of viral structure and pacing
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar
Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Strong English comprehension
Portfolio required (must include short-form examples)
Bonus Skills:
Experience editing ads for e-commerce
Knowledge of storytelling and psychological hooks
Ability to create thumbnail-style frames for retention
Understanding of trends on TikTok & Instagram
Ideal Candidate:
Fast, reliable, creative under pressure, coachable, and hungry to grow with a scaling media brand.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills:
Video Editing, Adobe Premiere Pro, Video Commercial
