- Triage TPRM Requests: Evaluate and determine the appropriate risk assessment pathway for incoming Third-Party Risk Management requests.
- Risk Assessment: Understand and consider both the business and technical needs of all customers, ensuring quality products or processes that meet business objectives.
- Cost-Benefit Analysis: Examine costs, benefits, and risks associated with proposed investments/projects, recommending alternative solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to synthesize, articulate, and document business objectives and requirements.
- Project Contribution: Contribute to project charters, plans, work assignments, target dates, and other aspects of assigned projects.
- Data Analysis and Documentation: Perform data analysis, define and document business requirements, support translation to functional specifications, and assist in design synthesis and system validation.
- Deployment Coordination: Assist project leaders in coordinating the deployment of deliverables.
- Effective Communication: Maintain effective correspondence and in-person communication, building credibility and rapport with stakeholders.
- Project Management: Manage mid-level complexity projects, including sub-components of larger-scale projects as directed.

We are seeking two Business Analysts to join our team on a 1-year contract, with the possibility of extension or transition to a full-time role. These positions will backfill two team members transitioning from HTM Cyber's functions related to Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). While these roles are less technical, they require individuals to be technically savvy.
