Job Description

We are seeking two Business Analysts to join our team on a 1-year contract, with the possibility of extension or transition to a full-time role. These positions will backfill two team members transitioning from HTM Cyber's functions related to Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). While these roles are less technical, they require individuals to be technically savvy. The successful candidates will triage incoming TPRM requests and determine the appropriate risk assessment pathways, considering numerous caveats and complexities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage TPRM Requests: Evaluate and determine the appropriate risk assessment pathway for incoming Third-Party Risk Management requests.
• Risk Assessment: Understand and consider both the business and technical needs of all customers, ensuring quality products or processes that meet business objectives.
• Cost-Benefit Analysis: Examine costs, benefits, and risks associated with proposed investments/projects, recommending alternative solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to synthesize, articulate, and document business objectives and requirements.
• Project Contribution: Contribute to project charters, plans, work assignments, target dates, and other aspects of assigned projects.
• Data Analysis and Documentation: Perform data analysis, define and document business requirements, support translation to functional specifications, and assist in design synthesis and system validation.
• Deployment Coordination: Assist project leaders in coordinating the deployment of deliverables.
• Effective Communication: Maintain effective correspondence and in-person communication, building credibility and rapport with stakeholders.
• Project Management: Manage mid-level complexity projects, including sub-components of larger-scale projects as directed.

Required Qualifications:

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Effective Communication: Experience in communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Independent Work: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, delivering high-quality results and meeting Service Level timelines.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Science, Health, or a science-related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in business analysis or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Data Assessment: Experience in the assessment of data and making decisions based on specified requirements.
• Issue Prioritization: Experience in prioritizing and triaging issues and requests.
• Stakeholder Communication: Proven ability to translate business needs and requirements effectively.
• Project Management: Experience managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
