We're looking for a Manager of REIT Accounting , working in Real Estate industry in Newton, Massachusetts, United States .Manages month-end close process, including the preparationof consolidated financial statements and analysis of financial results.

Ensures financial records are maintained in compliancewith U.S. GAAP.Leads a team of accountants responsible for the corporateclose and third party data review.
Performs timely detail review of workpapers prepared by the portfolioaccountants.
Prepares workpapers and post journal entries for certainhigher risk and technical areas.
Assists in the review of financial data coming from thirdparty operators.
Assists in the preparation of financial statements andrequired disclosures for SEC filings.
Assists in the preparation of variance analysis andquarterly management reporting packages.
Reviews debt compliance reporting on a quarterly basis.
Manages internal and external audit requests on aquarterly and annual basis.
