- Strong knowledge of the QNXT Data Model
- Hands-on configuration experience within the product QNXT module within the last 2 years.
- 5+ years of QNXT configuration experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Core Functionalities of QNXT including Membership, Provider Management, Claim Processing, Billing, and Plan/Product
- Experience building a product from scratch
- Strong knowledge of QNXT Architecture, including Upstream and Downstream systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision, while effectively reporting the status on tasks daily
- Analytical skills
- Experience with the Healthcare domain
- Knowledge of claims and how they impact product and benefit configuration
