    Job Title: Bartender- Seasonal

    Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender to provide exceptional service to our members and their guests during our seasonal period (October to May).

    Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide members and their guests with proper beverage service.
    • Offer courteous and attentive service to staff who are serving members and their guests.
    • Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times.
    • Ensure the bar meets our high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
    • Follow house rules for glassware and machinery usage behind the bar.
    • Adhere to our pouring guidelines to ensure quality control.
    • Assist with monthly inventory and other duties as assigned.
    • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
    • A minimum of one year's experience as a bartender is required.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in the hospitality industry (hotel, restaurant, or country clubs) is highly valued.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
    • Neat appearance, punctuality, and a good attendance record are expected.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs is required.
