    The Role

    Avantiico is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Dynamics 365 ERP Presales Solution Specialist who possesses deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. In this role, you will own requirement calls and product demo deliveries. Your primary focus will be centered around helping net new customers select their next ERP solution. You will be responsible for identifying business needs, envisioning innovative solutions, and expanding client business value using the full breadth of the Microsoft ecosystem, and Avantiico ISV Solutions (3PL Billing Automation, Data Migration Accelerator and Multi Company Automation).

    As a trusted solution advisor, the Dynamics 365 Presales Solution Specialist must have a deep understanding of industry processes (primarily Supply Chain) in a customer-facing role working within a business value centric consulting team and support the digital transformation of existing customers. In this role, you will be vital to the customer's journey and success and must be able to form strong trust relationships with clients and stakeholders.

    Avantiico is headquartered in San Diego, CA. To be fully effective in this role, the ideal candidate would be based in Southern California.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead presales engagements for both new and existing clients; conduct presentations and demonstrations showcasing the benefits and value of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, and Avantiico ISV Solutions.
    • Work collaboratively with the sales team and client executives to identify customer requirements, understand their business processes, and recommend solutions that meet their needs.
    • Participate in RFP/RFI responses, providing technical expertise and guidance.
    • Align the solution value with client objectives via discovery, demonstration, estimation, SOW, and deal close activities.
    • Assist in the design of functional components related to ERP during the presales as experts on capabilities and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
    • Work with delivery groups to shape propositions around existing capabilities and define features where there are gaps.
    • Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to customer engagement and relationship management including but not limited to participation in company's Dynamics Days and customer events (in-person) and webinars (virtual).
    • Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions and market needs.
    • Stay updated on the features, capabilities, and updates of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
    • Be known for your "client-centric" approach and delivery excellence.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • 5-15+ years of relevant experience
    • Hands-on functional expertise with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, and general knowledge of the Microsoft Business Applications eco-system.
    • Validated experience in a consultative selling approach, conducting client presentations and demonstrations.
    • Bachelor's degree in business or a technology-related field.
    • Excellent presentation skills capable of presenting demonstrations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills + listening, understanding, and managing internal stakeholders, prospects, and 3rd party partners.
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.

    Additional/Preferred Qualifications:

    • 6+ years solution or services sales experience.
    • Experience with advising/selling Enterprise resource planning (D365 preferred) or similar software-as-a-service, cloud-based business applications to large enterprise accounts exceeding sales targets.
    • Broad understanding of commercial cloud offerings, ideally including Microsoft's cloud platform, as well as competitors and related ecosystems.
    • Industry expertise in any of the following: 3PL, Logistics, Distribution, Manufacturing and Service businesses
    • Experience forecasting, developing demand and building pipeline, and leading/orchestrating complex, matrixed teams.
    • Problem solving and ability to work collaboratively in rapidly changing, environment effectively managing ambiguity.
    • Ability to assess strategic customer objectives, digital transformation opportunity discovery, and measure and present incremental and new economic value from solutions proposed.
    • Deal crafting, negotiating terms and contracts for multimillion-dollar digital transformation initiatives.

    Compensation for roles at Avantiico varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Avantiico provides a reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position as set forth below.

    Pay Range

    $115,000—$150,000 USD
