    Our client, a leader in the Insurance space, is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to develop and execute the company's marketing strategy and vision.

    You will oversee and grow a team of first-in-class in-house marketers and will direct all marketing efforts toward the realization of high-impact goals.

    This position will be responsible for delivering marketing strategies that amplify our message to the healthcare industry, capture market demand and acquisition, and increase customer advocacy.

    Responsibilities
    Define marketing strategies to support the company's overall strategic objectives
    Oversee content, creative, product, and digital marketing efforts - ensuring our consistent brand voice throughout
    Build our reputation to become known as a clinical risk mitigation leader in our market
    Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and customer advocates through strategic marketing tactics
    Develop comprehensive marketing plans and budgets

    Serve as the voice of marketing for cross-departmental/cross-functional initiatives to guide a unified approach to business development, advice, customer experience, etc.

    Drive customer segmentation, market research, and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, optimize messaging, and refine go-to-market strategies
    Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
    Manage and grow a team of marketers to scale efforts and meet business objectives. Serve as a player/coach and lead the team to success through fostering continuous learning, growth, and development.

    Requirements and skills
    Proven experience as chief marketing officer, senior marketing executive, or similar role in the B2B space- preferably within an insurance or financial services organization
    Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, campaign execution, product promotion, etc.)
    Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
    Ability to apply tactics across new and traditional media channels, and tie marketing activities to business results
    Extensive experience in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
    Deep understanding of marketing technology, automation and CRM platforms
    Having a customer-centric mindset as well as a data-informed, learning approach to marketing
    Experience managing and growing a mid to large size team of marketers
    BS/BA in business administration, marketing, communications, or relevant field; MS/MA is a plus, relevant certifications in marketing areas preferred
