    Description

    The Director of Centralized Revenue Cycle is responsible of offices across SGA, as it pertains to various phases of the system wide revenue cycle. The Director of Revenue Cycle Support will leverage business acumen to provide strategic system wide guidance on the complete revenue cycle including applications while furnishing critical data for strategic initiatives.

    Process/Training Focused

    • Actively seeks out and implements system wide process improvement opportunities while placing high emphasis on maintaining an efficient and effective revenue cycle system that can sustain or improve financial performance within a consistently evolving landscape.
    • Continuously improve efficiencies revolving around each phase of the revenue cycle. This includes training and process improvement around insurance verification, treatment plan quoting, clean claims processing, accurate posting, in office collections, reporting, etc.
    • Leads revenue cycle review of all onboarding acquisition offices and identifies any subsequent training and process streamlining needed and executes action to address these needs.
    • Critical role in practice management system conversions including RCM functions setup, mapping, data review and onsite training of revenue cycle systems.
    Goal Driven
    • Reviews, interprets, and executes system wide initiatives based on revenue cycle key performance indicators.
    • Identifies trends, both positive and negative, that are impacting the organization wide success of the RCM function and offers solutions to remedy as applicable.
    Compliance Attentive
    • Develop and maintain company revenue cycle policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
    • Monitors effectiveness of billing and collection activity and ensures they are within contracted and compliance standards.
    Leadership
    • Manage hiring, training, and retention of revenue cycle support team members.
    • Possess strong leadership skills and demonstrate an ability to motivate staff to achieve excellence, reach goals and objectives, and offer professional development.
    Collaborative
    • Collaboration across various departments and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is paramount, underpinned by a steadfast commitment to industry standards and the optimization of revenue cycle processes.
    • Collaborate with Director of Payor Contracting and Director of Centralized Revenue Cycle to ensure billing practices are in line with government and payer regulations.
    • Perform other necessary duties as required by the organization.
