    Join Our Team as a Route Sales Representative at Schwans Home Delivery

    • Be in charge of all daily aspects of running a national route-based food business
    • Sell and deliver frozen foods to customers' homes while building strong relationships
    • Full-time position with established route
    • Enjoy most weekends off

    Base salary plus commission, paid holidays, and vacation

    Responsibilities:

    • Work independently while being part of a motivated team
    • Acquire and maintain relationships with customers
    • Seek out and establish new customers in assigned areas
    • Make sales presentations and inform customers of products
    • Ensure safe practices while servicing customers
    • Enjoy most weekends off with a reliable schedule

    Education and Experience:

    • 1-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Positive Attitude and High Energy
