The Proposals Engineer will be responsible for supporting and leading commercial proposal response efforts within Trendsetter's Projects Division.

Working closely with technical and commercial team members within the company, the Proposals Engineer will generate technical and commercial deliverables for internal and client facing proposals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide detailed written quotations for project opportunities Trendsetter is tenderingComplete proposal materials on time as required to support client required due datesIdentify requirements and determine resources needs required to support completion of the proposalEffectively execute assigned proposal and tender response tasks, including but not limited to the development of:Bid phase scopes of work and detailed technical write-upsDetailed project cost estimates: obtaining supplier quotes as requiredDetailed proposal project schedules, incorporating supplier inputs as requiredCompile or generate technical deliverables as required such as drawings, sketches, plans, layouts, proceduresReview client specifications: develop and manage clarification registers as requiredParticipate in proposal clarification meetings as requiredCollaborate with Trendsetter Management and Sales teams through the duration of the proposal process, from opportunity identification to closeoutProvide requested reports to management with status detailsDrive continuous improvement to Trendsetter processes and practices where possibleAll other duties as assigned


Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Science, or management discipline preferredExperience in the subsea oil & gas equipment industry preferred but not requiredMust have the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with changing prioritiesMust be keen to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid growth environmentProficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Project requiredStrong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills required
