We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, creating memorable moments for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Whether mixing classic cocktails or recommending specialty beverages, you'll play a key role in elevating our venue's reputation for outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and placing orders as needed to maintain smooth operations.
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips.
Collaborate with team members during busy hours, including serving at nightclubs or banquet events, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume service periods.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Basic math skills for accurate billing, retail math understanding for sales transactions, and cash handling proficiency.
Experience in food industry roles such as catering or food service enhances your ability to adapt quickly in our fast-paced environment.
