    Description
    Reports to Store Manager:

    As a Store Lead, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to support the store team members in achieving sales performance expectations through active coaching, fostering a team selling environment, and ensuring operational excellence while on duty as the manager.

    This role involves being responsible for opening and closing the store when scheduled, acting as the manager on duty.

    • Elevate the customer experience through operational excellence
    • Exceed customer expectations in every interaction
    Leadership:
    • Collaborate with the Store management team to guide store staff in meeting sales, service, and operational expectations when acting as the manager on duty
    • Exemplify company values and lead by actively coaching and setting an example
    • Effectively communicate priorities and sales strategies to ensure the staff is equipped to drive business
    • Aid in recruiting store staff and promoting diversity to foster an inclusive store environment
    Performance:
    • Support the management team in achieving store business plans, including sales, customer service, and operational objectives
    • Utilize store reports to make informed decisions that drive business growth
    • Partake in business outreach activities and share leads with the Store Manager
    • Identify performance improvement areas and collaborate with the management team on development plans
    Operational Excellence:
    • Work with the management team to ensure proper staffing levels for effective execution of initiatives and operational tasks to fulfill customer expectations
    • Assist the management team in training store staff on internal operational functions
    • Stay abreast of corporate communications, directives, initiatives, policies, and procedures
    • Support the management team in implementing store programs to enhance efficiency in sales, service, operations, and branding
    Workplace:

    • Encourage a culture of learning and development, leveraging training tools
    • Be a role model for all store team members, providing enthusiastic and motivational leadership
    • Partner with the management team to conduct regular store meetings to ensure team members are updated on company directives
    Customer Experience:
    • Assist in training store team on customer service expectations to create exceptional experiences, exceed customer expectations, and achieve high Net Promoter Scores
    • Utilize customer feedback to address and prevent customer concerns
    • Collaborate with the management team to align the store visually with brand standards and execute marketing initiatives as per company guidelines
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Retail or Sales
    • Creative individual with good judgment and a strong business acumen
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and strategic thinker
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Active listening and problem-solving capabilities
    • Proven ability to train and develop high-performance store teams
    • Proficiency in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing
    • Ability to operate a computer and POS System
    Physical Requirements
    • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Clamber a ladder to access merchandise or supplies and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors
    You may have the chance to work at multiple store locations or sites and across different brands.

    Pay Range:

    $17-$23.76

    We consider individual skills, background, and experience in determining the final salary. Base pay is influenced by market location and may be subject to wage laws.
