    FTE: 1.0. This position will work with their administrative dyad partner to ensure high quality patient care and help guide the organization's strategic, business and operational goals and objectives. Position will be a .8 FTE medical director and .2 FTE clinical.

    Salary: Minimum: $330, Maximum: $387,215.00

    Position SummaryMultiCare Health System is seeking a Medical Director to join our well-established, thriving and comprehensive practice. The Medical Director is responsible for oversight of the quality of care provided to patients receiving care across the care continuum as well as providing medical leadership for clinical and business planning, medical quality assessment/assurance and continuing medical education.

    Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited medical school
  • Licensure to practice medicine in Washington State as a Physician
  • Board certification or similar accreditation
  • Credentialed to practice in MultiCare Health System facilities
  • Minimum of ten (10) years clinical experience, providing direct patient care preferred
  • Experience in a medical leadership role required
  • Additional education in healthcare administration preferredOur Values
