Description

Job Description

A full-time faculty member is responsible for teaching in the subject area or areas that correspond to his or her area of specialty. As part of the job, it is expected that he or she can plan, organize, and teach in a manner that insures the achievement of the institution's learning objectives. A full-time faculty member contributes to the academic process of the institution through the participation in the development of curriculums, valuation, investigation, community service, advancement of the institution, and the academic growth of the students in the school.

REQUIREMENTS:

Master's or Doctorate's Degree in your area of specialty from an accredited university or an internationally recognized institution of higher education
At least three (3) years of professional experience
Proven leadership skills from your previous work experiences
Experience as a successful professor in your subject area
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (oral and written)
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Knowledge and experience in technical applications
Should be certified in the area that you will represent

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Available to work at other campuses
