    • Ability to appear for work on time and be professional.
    • Ability to accept constructive criticism and be able to make good proper decisions the reflects positively on the casino.
    • Ability to walk, stand, or sit up for up to 8 hours at a time.
    • Ability to work in a fast pace environment and be able to handle large amount of monies.
    • Provides excellent customer service by greeting patrons and internal patrons in a friendly and courteous manner.
    • Responible for signing for beginning and ending bank balance.
    • Responsible for balancing of currency, checks, credit cards, tickets, foreign itms, and jackpots in the cash drawer at end of shift by calculating daily transactions, using computer, and calculators.
    • Responsible for taking care of equipment and supplies on a daily basis.
    • Responsible for receiving TITO tickets from players and issuing monies for TITO tickets received.
    • Responsible for keeping Cage bank in an orderly manner and for keeping tips separate from bank.
    • Responsible for ensuring jet sort amounts are correct during bank out.
    • Responsible for dispersing the correct amount of currency for jackpots to slot attendants.
    • Responsible for utilizing the computer to run all necessary programs that is being used in Cage on a daily basis.
    • Responsible for entering information into Title 31 after customer reaches given threshold by casino, which is then reported to the IRS. Also, cashier will comply with the regulations to keep all information updated in the system.
    • Cash checks and pay out money after verifying that signatures are correct and that written and numerical amounts agree. Examine checks such as dates, bank names, and identification.
    • Must be able to do the proper math for Canadian currency rates.
    • Follow all gaming and federal regulations.
    • Maintain cage security according to policies and procedures.
    • Ability to recognize counterfeit monies.
    • Maintain confidentiality of customers' transactions.
    • Responsible for any shortages and overages in accordance with Variance Policy
    • Responsible for complying with Attendance Policy.
    • Responsible for reporting any suspicious activity of customer to supervisor and filling out the correct paperwork for Title 31.
    • Responsible to keep cage area clean such as general cleaning duties, sweeping, and mopping floors, and emptying trash cans.
    • Follows department and casino policies and procedures.
