    Who we're looking for:


    The Zscaler global partner marketing team is seeking a collaborative and experienced senior partner marketer to oversee and grow Zscaler's co-marketing efforts across various channels, in line with our Strategic and Focus Technology Alliance Partners.

    This role will involve close collaboration with Regional Field Marketing for execution in region and coordination with the Global Regional and Integrated Marketing teams, along with BD, sales enablement, product marketing, various marketing teams and shared service units.

    Responsibilities include:
    Develop comprehensive joint marketing strategies and execution plan with clear objectives, key metrics, and outcomes with our focus tech alliance partners

    Create and project manage Zscaler's top-priority global campaign development, programs, partner conferences – steering alliance partner participation to drive awareness, engagement, outcomes, and sponsorship

    Provide consistent communication including dashboards and reports outlining quantifiable results, campaign ROI, program analyses and recommendations to marketing, BD leadership, and partner sales management teams

    Collaborate and work with the Global Events team to include Tech Partners in events such as Zenith Live and other anchor campaigns (e

    global roadshows) with a goal of helping both Zscaler and Partner achieve defined business objectives

    Build relationships with and work closely with global regional marketing teams and alliance managers to develop go-to-market plans that create and accelerate demand with these partners

    Set alliance marketing targets and contribution goals to the business. Set metrics, analyze data, and be accountable for achieving the targets

    Be an internal advocate for partners among key stakeholders

    Qualifications

    10+ years of relevant work experience in marketing with b2b technology companies

    Experience in technology alliance marketing is a must

    Self-motivated and positive attitude

    Demonstrates strong understanding of cybersecurity and the competitive landscape

    Ability to work cross-functionally and globally to serve as virtual team lead

    Proven organizational skills and ability to set up workflow systems and processes

    Proficiency in developing content across various platforms, including email marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems

    Advanced Excel skills, as well as (SFDC)

    B.S. or B.A. required
