    Job DescriptionThe frame of work is composed by two focus areas, Process Planning and Virtual Manufacturing (VM) Studies.
    The Process Plan is created inside the PDM-Link.

    The intention is to have a twin factory (Virtual & Physical) where the virtual Process Assembly Sequence (PAS) is developed and used to proactively perform virtual simulations & studies to support our Product and Process evolution, along with our Verification & Validation Plan activities.

    The VM studies & simulations consist of performing the following analysis on the corresponding product data and process environment:

    Product Clash AnalysisTool AccessVisibilityErgonomicsHand AccessInstallation PathsOther Responsibilities Participate on Kick-Off Meetings and be able to clearly explain your CAD DMU.Packaging Data to the Engineers.

    Compile information for Final Review Meetings and present you Feedback Report. Propose Solutions to support Product and Process Alignment.
    Report conclusions to all stakeholders according to requesters direction.
    Qualificationsmust have a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.

    Engineering and CAD knowledgeTooling and equipment knowledgeExcellent communication skillsAttention to detailsmust have good knowledge / CAD Skills with VM CAD tools (PTC Creo View & Catia).
