    For this position, you will be accountable for the secure and effective operation of production lines, encompassing setup, initiation, utilization of line equipment, tooling modifications, performance monitoring, testing, and production documentation.

    The working schedule involves night shifts from 7:45 pm to 8:00 am, with daytime training sessions during the initial weeks.

    Responsibilities:
    • Ensure safe and efficient machine setup, startup, and operation including auxiliary equipment usage.
    • Package products following specified instructions.
    • Troubleshoot operational processes as required.
    • Perform quality control tests according to standard operating procedures.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and communicate hazard precautions effectively.
    • Maintain cleanliness in the work area and comply with safety regulations.
    Minimum Requirements:
    • Capability to handle loads weighing up to 75 pounds.
    Desired Skills:
    • Certified forklift operator.
    • Proficient in data collection systems.
    • Mechanical aptitude.
    • Familiarity with both metric and English measurement units.
    • Competence in using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and rulers.
    • Basic computer literacy and mathematical skills.
    • Ability to read and understand English proficiently.
