Job Title: Critical Care Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK.

Job Description:

As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, conduct thorough assessments, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, including doctors, therapists, and social workers.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical developments and best practices in critical care nursing, participating in ongoing education and training opportunities.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

A current RN license in the state of Oklahoma.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.
