This role will provide high-level technical support for custom applications across Multnomah County Circuit Court by monitoring troubleshooting maintaining automated processes querying databases building reports communicating complex ideas in an understandable way independently managing project life cycles preparing written documentation analysis and technical recommendations working with court staff judges IT specialists public private sector agencies members of the public utilizing software development tools like Open-Source Libraries Microsoft Visual Studio SharePoint PowerShell IIS SQL programming languages may include SQL PHP Javascript C#.
