Job summary
Lead the technical design, development and deployment of Oracle EBS Finance solutions R12 and later Partner with Finance Accounting and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions Oversee the development and maintenance of custom extensions interfaces conversions and reports RICE components Provide technical leadership mentorship to a team of developers ensuring adherence to best practices coding standards project timelines Manage system configurations performance tuning troubleshooting across Oracle EBS Finance modules Collaborate with functional leads to support Oracle EBS Financial modules including General Ledger GL Accounts Payable AP Accounts Receivable AR Fixed Assets FA Cash Management CM Subledger Accounting SLA Lead support EBS upgrades patches integrations with other enterprise applications Develop maintain technical documentation including design specifications test plans deployment procedures Ensure compliance SOX security data governance standards financial systems Drive continuous improvement initiatives optimize Oracle EBS performance automation scalability Required Qualifications Bachelor degree computer science Information Technology Finance Systems related field equivalent experience Strong expertise in Oracle Financials modules GL AP AR FA CM SLA Proficiency in SQL PL/SQL Forms Reports BI Publisher Workflow OA Framework Hands on experience RICE components Proven experience in EBS R12 upgrades patches integrations Strong problem solving skills ability analyze complex business processes Excellent leadership communication stakeholder management skills Knowledge SOX compliance IT controls financial system security best practices Apply via Dice today
