    The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor duties include:

    Practices within the RN scopeReports directly to the Director of NursingResponsible for conducting training for Registered and Licensed Vocational NursesConducts weekly educational/structured staff meetingsAssess staff performance, completes annual reviewsAccountable for the overall day to day infusion operationsTravels frequently to assigned sites to conduct safety and operational inspectionsDemonstrates the knowledge and skill to carry out the nursing process when providing patient care.

    Interacts and collaborates effectively with operational managementManage Staff schedules, call-outs, ratiosManage disciplinary conduct issuesSatisfies the established standards of the nursing practice.

    Supervises and delegates patient care tasks to RN/ LVN and other patient care team members.
    Promotes teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments.

    Perform other duties as assignedEducation and/or Experience:
    Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
    Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)

    One year of RN Supervisor experienceOncology experience preferredCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:

    A Registered Nurse who is currently licensed to practice, in good standing, in the state of service (CA)ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certification Required within 3 months upon hireOCN preferred but not requiredMust maintain current BLS certification throughout employment.

    BLS certification is required upon hire.

    ACLS preferred but not requiredJob Type:
