    Job Overview

    The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position will play a critical role in shaping and executing the financial strategy of the Company. As a strategic leader, this role is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing cash flow, and driving growth and profitability. The CFO works closely with the CEO and the Senior Management Team and key stakeholders to provide financial insights, make data-driven decisions and drive sustainable business growth.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Oversee all Companys financial activities including financial reporting, financial forecasting and modeling, and cash flow planning.

    Work closely with CEO and Senior Management Team to provide financial insights, data-driven decisions and drive sustainable, profitable business growth.

    Deliver financial presentations, reports and updates to internal and external stakeholders

    Oversee all accounting related activities, including timely and accurate closing of Company books on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

    Drive expense reduction initiatives.

    Lead financing / fundraising activities and manage relationships with banks, investors, etc.

    Serve as point of contact with CPA firm for financial audits/reviews

    Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements and tax regulations

    Implement financial controls including relevant policies and procedures.

    Manage and develop staff including Accounting Manager, Financial Analyst and HR Director

    Oversee treasury and cash management by managing and monitoring cash flow, liquidity and working capital

    Partner with HR Director to ensure compensation, bonus and benefits programs are aligned with Companys goals

    Foster a culture of integrity and accountability

    Partner with CEO to lead negotiations and financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and establishments of new business units and partnerships.

    Work closely with Sales on pricing decisions, revenue and pipeline reporting, development of commission plans, etc.

    Partner with department leads and external consultants to maximize value of NetSuite ERP processes, reports, dashboards, etc.

    Partner with department leads and outside counsel to review and negotiate contracts/agreements with customers, vendors & other stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    10+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment

    Strong leadership skills with proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives

    Prior experience leading and scaling a finance team in fast-paced, high-growth environment

    Expert level financial analysis and forecasting skills including ability to present financial recommendations based upon analyses

    Proven track record of working with cross-functional team to define metrics, set goals, track progress, and drive operational improvements

    Demonstrated ability to monitor, allocate and control expenses

    Strong working knowledge of accounting standards

    Experience with ERP system, NetSuite a plus

    Direct experience managing relationships with key financial stakeholders including financial institutions, investors, lawyers and CPA firms.

    Direct experience reviewing and negotiating contracts

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Problem solver and critical thinker mindset.

    Experience in medical device and/or capital equipment a plus

    BA in Accounting, Finance or similar relevant field and data analysis.
