To use discipline and business knowledge to perform specific analyses, advise on alternative solutions / advice, support key initiatives and provide insights to ensure the implementation of proposed solutions / advices and support decision making.

Timely execution in line with existing policies, quality standards and guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting or a relevant discipline
CA(SA)

Experience:
5-7years experience(post articles) in Auditing orFinancial Accounting within Financial Services Industry, i.e., bank, audit firmorconsulting company
Ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of the business unit results. Reports variances to provide an accurate financial situation with identification of risk and opportunity.
Provide high quality insights and analytics to the business.

Support forecasting analytics by contributing towards the definition of information and insights needs and by reviewing, evaluating and approving forecasting models to ensure they meet business needs.

Define assumptions for the quantification and analysis of investments; quantify the financial impact of the opportunity or issue involved, including likely returns on investments.

Work independently with minimal supervision and guide less experienced colleagues in day to day activities to support achievement of required quality standards.
