We specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral healthcare, including clinic, day programs, and residential homes for individuals facing mental health disorders.

    We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team at ourOutpatient Mental Health Clinic in California, Maryland. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide vital clinical services to individuals coping with a variety of diagnoses, including severe mental illness. Your responsibilities will encompass individual, family, and group therapy, alongside treatment planning and collaboration with our interdisciplinary team, ensuring top-notch mental health care delivery to our consumers.

    $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time positions

    Position Details:

    Full or Part-Time: Monday to Friday

    Location: California Outpatient Mental Health Clinic

    Candidate Info:
    • Maryland state licensure in mental health services (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LGMFT, LCMFT)
    • Supervision provided for graduate-level candidates.
    • Recent social work and counseling interns encouraged to apply
    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
    • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team for treatment planning and evaluation
    • Prepare socio-psychiatric case history information and treatment plans
    • Ability to provide supervision preferred but not required.
    Therapists are fee-for-service and are paid based on a monthly invoice.

    Some positions may instead be considered as salary positions:

    LGPC, LMSW: $64,889 - $72,676 p/y

    LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT: $70,898 - $79,405 p/y
