    Our client is a global leader in the high-performance battery separators (used for EV (electric vehicles)) industry .

    They are seeking a Quality Manager for their Johnson City TN location who will

    • lead the efforts to obtain IATF 16949 certification for the lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery separator expansion project.
    • maintain the company library of compliance resources
    • ensure company third party accreditations are maintained.
    • coordinate internal audits
    • monitor the compliance and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).

    Requirements

    • Ability to work without needing immigration sponsorship
    • Degree
    • 5+ years experience
    • Ability to work onsite in the Johnson City TN area
    • IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems experience.
    • Project Management experience
    • Experience with IATF certification (Automotive, etc.) Auditor
    • Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
    • Able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot.
