    pWe are seeking a Nurse Manager to facilitate patient care in each unit. The ideal candidate will provide leadership direction for staffing their unit(s) based on organizational goals and objectives.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personnel including interviewing staff development evaluating performance motivating employees meeting productivity targets planning organizing directing patient care delivered in accordance recognized accepted standards TJC Medicare OSHA .
