    The ideal IT Infrastructure Engineer candidate will have over five years of relevant experience in an IT Infrastructure Engineer role with a high level of proficiency working with CISCO and Meraki.


    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Our Minimum Requirements


    5+ years of relevant technical experienceStrong understanding of network design and security principles, ensuring adherence to security industry and vendor best practices.

    Expertise in utilizing network monitoring tools to identify and resolve network connectivity and performance issues in a timely manner.
    Possess a detailed and comprehensive understanding of enterprise networking technologies and protocols.

    Proficiency in configuration and management of:
    o Next-gen firewalls such as Cisco FTD and Meraki MX.

    o Cisco and Meraki enterprise switches, wireless controllers, and access points.

    o Zscaler Private Access and Cisco AnyConnect secure remote access.

    o Cisco products such as Cisco Secure Endpoint, Cisco Umbrella, Cisco FirePower, Cisco FMC, and Cisco Duo.

    What Sets You Apart

    Bachelor's degree in related discipline, or equivalent work experience

    Proficiency in configuration and management of:
    o VMware Workspace One mobile device management.

    o IP-based security cameras and network video recording systems.

    Knowledge and understanding of:
    o Microsoft Windows and Linux-based servers.

    o Microsoft server technologies such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Exchange, Hyper-V.

    o Server backups and disaster recovery technologies using Veeam B R, Azure Site Recovery Services.

    o Microsoft Azure Infrastructure-as-a-Service (e.g., virtual networks, network gateways, network security groups, virtual machines, etc.)

    Cisco CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE highly desired.
    AWS, Azure, Microsoft, and GIAC certifications are a plus.

    The IT Infrastructure Engineer role primarily consists of design, configuration, maintenance, security, and support of the Belmont Village enterprise network, as well as secondary support of other IT systems.

    The candidate will work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, following managerial guidance.

    This role is responsible to help secure the overall health, security, and availability of the network and other IT systems.

    Your Typical Daily Responsibilities


    Efficiently and expertly respond to, investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical network issues to ensure availability of the enterprise network.

    Monitoring and management of all WAN circuits and VPN tunnels, to ensure optimal performance and connectivity requirements.

    Setup, configure, secure, maintain and monitor various enterprise networking equipment, including but not limited to, firewalls, switches, and wireless network systems.

    Manage and maintain secure remote access solutions using modern ZTNA solutions.
    Perform assessments of networking equipment, configuration, and performance, then provide improvement and optimization recommendations.
    Create and maintain up-to-date and accurate network inventory, architecture documentation, and device configuration backups.
    Manage network equipment, software support and subscription service renewals in support of renewals and budgeting requirements.
    Assist in the setup, configuration, and ongoing management and support of Windows and Linux servers.
    Participate in scheduled project meetings, provide project status updates, manage assigned tasks independently, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
    Take on other assignments or duties as directed by management, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.
