    Position: Civil Engineer/Designer

    Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

    Role Overview:

    The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the design and execution of land development projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and Design Engineers, assist in preparing permit applications, and provide construction oversight, among other responsibilities.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience in land development, particularly Single-Family/Residential projects.
    • Proficiency in Civil 3D.
    • A proactive approach to client service.
    • A team player who embodies the qualities of being eager, modest, and intelligent.
