    Key Responsibilities:This full-time position has overall responsibilities to build, grow, and manage distributor relationships for unique safety products that keep people safe in high heat work environments

    Reporting Relationships:This position reports directly to the president with cross-functional collaboration

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
    • Proven track record of successful national sales management, focusing on industrial safety PPE through distributor networks.
    • Strong understanding of P&L management and financial analysis.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Prior experience in the safety and manufacturing industry is preferred.
    • Ability to travel nationally as needed.

    Responsibilities:
    • Distributor Network Management:
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors aligned with the company's growth strategy. Nurture and strengthen existing distributor relationships through regular communication, support, and collaborative initiatives.

      Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. Collaborate with distributors to create effective sales plans, promotional strategies, and pricing models.

      P&L Management: Assume responsibility for the P&L of the industrial safety PPE sales channel, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

      Market Analysis and Forecasting: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market analysis and sales forecasting to inform strategic decision-making.

      Training and Development: Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and effective marketing strategies. Work closely with internal teams to ensure distributors are equipped with necessary resources.

      Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize distribution agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.

      Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to market needs.

      Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly to maintain strong, positive relationships.
