Schedule/Hours: Full time, 40 hours Mon-Fri

Job Summary:

As an inpatient pharmacy technician, you'll assists the licensed Pharmacist in preparation and distribution of drugs, maintaining drug inventory, and maintaining records for a hospital. The Pharmacy Technician performs specific job responsibilities authorized by the State Board of Pharmacy Rules and Regulations.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Managing necessary paperwork
• Ordering medications and supplies
• Sterile Product preparation
• Stocking/restocking all Automated Dispensing Machines
• Inventory control including management of outdated medications

Qualifications / Skills/ Experience:

• EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent work experience and completion of a Pharmacy Tech certification program
• EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in an acute care setting is preferred
• LICENSURE & CERTIFICATIONS: Current certification from the Board of Pharmacy in the State of New Hampshire (or attainment within 6 months of hire).
