    Description

    Supporting our Aveda brand, this position will ensure all contacts receive efficient and courteous service while providing information in response to inquiries about products and services.


    The successful candidate is expected to perform the below duties at the high level of customer support and resolve more complex situations prior to escalating to management.


    Customer


    Service/Logistics/Returns/Claims

    • Primary contact for salon customers
    • Process orders efficiently utilizing SAP and Empowered ordering with a focus on exceeding expectations of our customers
    • Responsible for processing orders, credits, debits, returns requests efficiently while achieving service fundamentals and sales goals utilizing expertise of concepts, practices and procedures
    • Efficiently respond in a professional manner to all inquiries from internal and external customers and follow up on resolution.
    • Provide comprehensive product knowledge, launch information, and use suggestive selling techniques resulting in increased sales and profitability for our customers and Aveda
    • Able to perform duties within the following areas
    :

    Logistics, Returns, Salon Closings

    • Primary contact for predetermined key accounts
    • Monitor order status and shipments
    • Possess extensive knowledge of account requirements
    • Partner with field teams to achieve mutual goals
    • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
    • Performs a variety of tasks with limited supervision.

    Empowered Ordering

    • Ability to troubleshoot and answer any questions for Empowered Ordering via phone and email.

    Qualifications
    Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma required
    3+ years of previous experience in a related field
    Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
    Proficient software knowledge using Excel, Word and SAP
    Self- motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
    Set and maintain the highest level of service for our customers
    Problem Solving Skills
