Job summary
The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and administration of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that attract, retain, and engage talent across Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living operations.

advising HR Partners, Talent Acquisition
& senior leaders. - Analyze compensation data
& market trends to inform strategy
& decision-making.
