Experienced in laying out complex, joint test plans "Data" engineering background this project is data centric Will need to demonstrate leadership in working with different workstreams & outlining the associated testing segments Cannot be shy in seeking clarification / understanding of the big picture & how the pieces of the project fit together Able to provide direction to a small team of testers, clearly communicate expectations on Use Cases / coverage, dependencies, test scripts, expected vs unexpected yet explainable results vs defects Testing evidence / Tracking & report out of testing progress using metrics Qtest tracking tool Testing automation tools
