    Jennifer Logston Counseling Limited is a growing private mental health practice located in Downers Grove, IL.

    We are seeking a Full Time Clinical Therapist (25 clients/week) to join our team providing counseling to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Flexibility to build a caseload based on your desired schedule but some evening or weekend availability is preferred. In-person with remote work is optional.

    What you can expect from JLC:

    • Compensation is a percentage of income based on number of clients seen. Opportunities to make more as you build your caseload
    • Billing and credentialing handled for you
    • Every other week consultation meetings with the team
    • Simple Practice used for EHR including scheduling and telehealth options
    • Company email

    Qualifications:

    • LCSW, LCPC or LPC (Licensed Clinical Psychologist). Will consider highly qualified pre-licensed clinicians.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
    • Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
    • Familiarity with community mental health resources
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
