    Our client is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for service in Group Homes and Long Term Care facilities in the Mystic, Guildford and New London, CT areas.

    CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS

    • Various shifts per diem & on-going schedule
    • Rates starting at $42/hr
    SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

    • Provide direct care and nursing services to patients as directed
    • Maintain records such as Medication Administration and medical charts
    • Obtain patient data and vital signs and report to RN/Medical Director
    • Screen residents for medical/dental exams and schedule appropriate appointments
    • Ensure accurate and timely initiation of medications, ordering and destroying medications
    CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

    • Current and unrestricted RN License or LPN License in CT
    • Current CPR
    • Must be 21 years of age or older, as required by CT state
    • Ability to complete and pass clearances: Fingerprinting, Criminal and FBI, Child Abuse
