    FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

    Shift: Days

    Pay: $ $24.83 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

    Summary:
    Maintains the grounds of assigned facilities.

    Responsibilities:
    Performs landscaping of grounds as scheduled and needed.

    Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic value of the premises.

    Removes debris and provides remediation of hazardous conditions. Supports snow and ice removal as needed.

    Assists contractors/vendors with on-site events or maintenance.

    Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

    Requirements:
    • High School diploma or GED.
    • 1 year of related experience.

    Loan Repayment:
